What

This is a live, “interactive podcast” with Hamish, Dougal, and Lochie the sheep. Although they’re a bit naughty, the experience will help you to relax with therapeutic techniques and meditation.

Look at the stunning Scottish views of Loch Lomond National Park with big skies and peaceful birdsong, then meet the sheep up close with their big personalities. Your host will share the secret world of sheep.

Become part of the flock and look into the half-closed eyes of a contented sheep, then take a cue from these peaceful animals and learn some therapeutic breathing exercises to relax and virtually escape to the calm of the farm. Beccy or her yoga-instructor daughter Rivkah will lead a 15-minute mindful meditation with the sounds of nature to soothe you.

After learning some de-stress techniques to use in your daily life and for remote working, you’ll tiptoe away before lamb Fergus starts shouting for more cuddles.
